Unique Samaj Seva Sansthan is a legally registered NGO 171/2016-2017 registration number Founded By Lavlesh Kumar Yadav  and location,Alapur Kunda Pratapgarh Uttar Pradesh.working towards the betterment of underprivileged communities.

Donating to us not only supports a noble cause but also provides tax benefits. As we’re registered under Section 12A of the Income Tax Act and eligible for tax deduction under Section 80G, you can claim 50% tax exemption on your donations.

Donation Receipt Policy:

The details of the transaction are to be emailed to our email address info@Uniquesamajseva.org.The donation is to be directly transferred to the account of ‘Unique Samaj Seva Sansthan, Alapur Kunda Pratapgarh Uttar Pradesh . As per the donation policy, the donation receipt along with other relevant documents is sent to the donors at the address requested by them.we’ll send a donation receipt along with relevant documents to the address provided by the donor.Ensure to include your contact information for timely receipt of documents.

Note:

  • Every donation will receive an official receipt.
  • Receipts will be sent via email or post, as preferred.
  • Receipts will include the donation amount, date, and other relevant details.
  • Please contact us if you don’t receive a receipt within 7 working days. 

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

Double transaction or wrong amount entered: –Request mail required to be sent to info@uniquesamajseva.org mail ID with a valid reason. After verifying transaction details and justifying the reason, the Gift amount will be refunded, minus transaction charges borne by the donor.The refund process will be completed within 30 days from the date of receiving the request mail.

If a transaction is cancelled during processing and the amount is debited from your account but not credited to ours: If any transaction is cancelled by the user during the processing period and the amount is not credited to the account of the Sansthan but has been debited from the user account:- Unique Samaj Seva Sansthan is not at all responsible for a refund for the same. The matter has to be resolved by the user with their bank/merchant. The Organization shall resolve the matter up to the extent of its limit. For this, the donor is kindly requested to email their concern to Sansthan at info@uniquesamajseva.org.

Note: Donations are generally non-refundable. only  In case of duplicate transactions or incorrect amounts, donors can request a refund by emailing info@uniquesamajseva.org with a valid reason in 7 days. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after verifying transaction details.For issues with payment processing, donors need to contact their bank/merchant; our organization will assist within its limits.We strive to resolve refund-related issues promptly and efficiently.
